The daily schedule at the Institute generally runs from 9 in the morning to close to 9 at night, with varied activities, plenty of short breaks, and a long break in the afternoon. There is one night off for which outings are planned and transportation provided. Most participants very much enjoy the planned outings. You will know each other quite well by the time that evening comes around! However, you are also free to spend that evening as you wish if you have specific people to visit or sights you want to see.
For your convenience, the night before the program begins, we offer registration from 6 – 9:00 p.m. and dorms open for those flying in or coming from far away needing to stay overnight. Airport shuttles will be set up by each school and that information will be sent to you after you register.
As you can see below, mornings (and most evenings) consist of large group presentations, activities, and exercises. Each participant is a member of a small group that meets daily and is facilitated by a member of the faculty. The small group provides a space to practice new skills and to share more fully with your fellow participants.
